On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 16 October 2020 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 249,970,000 Placement Shares, being the third tranche of the Placement Shares, at RM0.063 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of 9.87% to the 5-day VWAP of the Shares up to and including 15 October 2020 of RM0.0699, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
