We refer to the Announcement in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that an application dated 19 October 2020 has been submitted to Bursa Securities for the following:
(i) admission of up to 103,372,974 Warrants to the Official List of Bursa Securities; and
(ii) listing and quotation of the following on the Main Market of Bursa Securities:
(a) up to 1,033,729,744 Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares;
(b) up to 103,372,974 Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Issue of Free Warrants; and
(c) up to 103,372,974 new Scientex Shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the Warrants.
