We refer to the previous announcements made in relation to the Placement (“Announcements”). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise defined herein. On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 20 October 2020 received a Subscription Notice and the Subscription Payment Amount from Macquarie Bank for 3,750,000 Placement Shares at the issue price of RM0.718 per Placement Share. Accordingly, the Company had on the same date allotted and issued the Placement Shares to Macquarie Bank. The listing date for the Placement Shares is expected to be on 22 October 2020. This announcement is dated 20 October 2020. |
