The Board of Directors of Jaycorp wishes to announce that the Company proposes to obtain the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company on the following :
(1) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of A Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate"); (3) Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its own Shares ("Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back").
A Circular/Statement to Shareholders containing details in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate, Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back of the Company will be distributed to the Shareholders of the Company in due course.
