On behalf of the Board of Directors of Bintai Kinden Corporation Berhad (“BKCB” or “Company”), KAF Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to undertake a proposed settlement of the amount owing by Optimal Property Management Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BKCB to Handal Jayabina Sdn Bhd of approximately RM23.4 million (“Proposed Debt Settlement”).
