Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 13 October 2020.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 21 October 2020 received a reply letter from Messrs. Ong & Wong dated 21 October 2020 informing their decision for not accepting the appointment as Auditors of the Company.

The Company is in the midst of identifying new Auditors to be engaged pursuant to Section 271(2)(b) of the Companies Act 2016 and further announcement on the appointment of the new Auditors will be made by the Company in due course once the Board has identified and confirmed the appointment of the new Auditors.
