Further to the Company’s announcement on 22 October 2020 on the resignation of Messrs Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT (“BTMH”) as the Auditors of the Company, the Board of Directors would inform that the resignation of BTMH is on voluntary basis as the Company and BTMH could not reach a consensus on the proposed increase of the audit fees.
