We refer to the announcement made by GDEX dated 21 October 2020 pursuant to the proposed issuance of up to 705,176,354 free warrants in GDEX ("Warrants C") on the basis of one (1) Warrant C for every eight (8) existing ordinary shares in GDEX held on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later ("Proposed Free Warrants Issue").
RHBIB, as the issuer of GDEX-CS, will make a further announcement should there be any updates in due course.
