We refer to the Company's announcements dated 27 February 2020, 15 September 2020, 25 September 2020 and 30 September 2020 in relation to the DRP. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

On behalf of the Board of Kimlun, RHB Investment Bank Berhad ("RHBIB") wishes to announce that the issue price of the new Kimlun Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP has been fixed today (“Price-Fixing Date”) at RM0.645 per new Kimlun Share. The issue price is based on the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price (“VWAMP”) of RM0.7315 per Kimlun Share up to and including 23 October 2020, being the last trading day prior to the Price-Fixing Date for the issue price of new Kimlun Shares after adjusting for the following:

(i) a dividend adjustment of RM0.033 to the five (5)-day VWAMP (“Ex-Dividend VWAMP”); and

(ii) a discount of RM0.0535 which is approximately 7.66% discount to the Ex-Dividend VWAMP of RM0.6985.

For shareholders’ information, the book closure date for the single tier final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019 and the DRP has been fixed on 10 November 2020.

A copy of the DRP Notification and Notice of Election (including the Dividend Reinvestment Form) will be despatched to all the entitled shareholders of Kimlun (save for foreign-addressed shareholders of Kimlun) on 12 November 2020. The election period for the DRP will close on 26 November 2020.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new Kimlun Shares arising from the DRP will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 7 December 2020.
