The Board of Directors of Malton wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders’ approval for the following:-
1. Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy Back of up to 10% of the total issued share capital of the Company;
2. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a revenue or trading nature; and
3. Proposed Amendment of the Constitution of the Company
(collectively known as “Proposals”)
A circular to the shareholders of the Company containing information on the Proposals will be despatched to the shareholders in due course and tabled at the forthcoming 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date which will be notified later.
