- QUARTERLY DISCLOSURE ON THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Paragraph 3.0 of the Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Rexallent Construction Sdn Bhd (“RCSB”) to facilitate ordinary course of business of RCSB utilised as at 31 August 2020 is as shown below:-
