We wish to announce that the IHH-C17 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 October 2020 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of IHH-C17 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of IHH-C17 x (RM5.0915 - RM5.80) x (1/5) = Number of IHH-C17 x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM5.0915 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of IHH shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised IHH-C17 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the IHH-C17 shall terminate absolutely.
