Pursuant to Rule 9.19(38) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of MQ Technology Berhad (“the Company”) hereby announces that the Company’s External Auditors, Messrs. Jamal, Amin & Partners had expressed a qualified opinion in the Company’s Annual Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2020.
