Unless otherwise defined, the terms and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 7 September 2020 in relation to the Default in Payment. We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 7 September 2020 and 1 October 2020.
The Board of Directors of Ageson wishes to inform that the management of the Company and RHB have been actively negotiating the loan settlement proposal but no consensus has been reached as at to-date.
The Company is of the view that the loan settlement proposal is reasonable and has agreed to RHB’s proposed repayment schedule terms. Further to the latest RHB’s counter settlement proposal received by the Company on 27 October 2020, RHB has agreed to majority of the terms in the Company’s latest settlement proposal. The management of the Company has deliberated the said counter proposal from RHB and reverted to RHB today.
The Company will announce further development on the above matter as and when necessary.
