We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 60,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of PCHEM by way of market making. The PCHEM-C60 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The PCHEM-C60 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 21 October 2020. The PCHEM-C60 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 23 October 2020. The salient terms of the PCHEM-C60 are set out in the attachment.
