Further to Listing Circular No. L/Q : 72461 and 72749 of 2015 dated 12 February and 18 March 2015, please be advised that the major shareholder of HLCAP, Hong Leong Financial Group Berhad has successfully completed a private placement of 27,000,000 existing ordinary shares in HLCAP to increase the public shareholding spread of HLCAP to 29.60%.
As such, HLCAP has complied with the public shareholding spread requirements as set out in Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
Accordingly, the trading in HLCAP's shares will resume with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 13 November 2020.
