The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 28 July 2020, 12 August 2020, 13 August 2020, 18 August 2020, 20 October 2020, 28 October 2020 and 30 October 2020 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 12 November 2020 resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.1843 per Placement Share.

The issue price of RM0.1843 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.97% to the 5-day VWAP of DNeX Shares up to and including 11 November 2020, being the last traded day of DNeX Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.2047 per DNeX Shares.
