We refer to the announcement made by SIMEPLT dated 27 August 2020 and our announcement dated 12 November 2020 in relation to the special interim dividend of 1.45 sen per ordinary share in SIMEPLT for the financial year ending 31 December 2020 (“Special Dividend”).
In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 13 May 2020, the terms and conditions of SIMEPLT-CV shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.
