We refer to SIMEPLT's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 27 August 2020 and 21 September 2020 respectively pursuant to a special interim dividend of 1.45 sen per SIMEPLT share for the financial year ending 31 December 2020 ("Special Dividend").
As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of SIMEPLT-CT. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of SIMEPLT-CT shall remain the same. |
