We refer to the announcement made by GTRONIC dated 2 November 2020 and our announcement dated 4 November 2020 in relation to the single tier special dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share for the year ending 31 December 2020 (“Special Dividend”).
In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 13 May 2020, the terms and conditions of GTRONIC-C8 shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.
