Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that pursuant to the employees' share option scheme ("ESOS"), the following offer of ESOS options ("ESOS Options") has been made on 16 November 2020 to the eligible Directors and employees of OCK and its subsidiaries that are not dormant ("Eligible Persons") to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company ("Offer").
