Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 21 October 2020 in respect of the resignation of Messrs. RSL PLT as the Auditors of the Company. The Board of Directors of IREKA wishes to announce that Messrs. Crowe Malaysia PLT, having consented to act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 18 November 2020 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
