| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Sunzen Biotech Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the Company dated 4 November 2020 were duly passed as Ordinary Resolutions by way of a poll at the EGM of the Company held on Thursday, 19 November 2020 at 10.00 a.m.
