The Board of Directors of UOA Development is pleased to announce that RHB Trustees Berhad, being the Trustee for UOA Real Estate Investment Trust (“UOA REIT”) has today confirmed its agreement to the terms of the renewal to the grant of right of first refusal by UOA Development, a subsidiary of UOA Holdings Sdn. Bhd. which is also the holding company of UOA Asset Management Sdn. Bhd., the management company for UOA REIT (“UOA Asset”).  The details of the announcement is attached below: -
