The Board of Directors of AE Multi Holdings Berhad has approved the change in the financial year end from 31 Dec to 31 Mar. The next set of audited financial statements shall be for a period of 15 months from 1 Jan 2020 to 31 Mar 2021. Thereafter, the financial year end shall be on 31 Mar for each subsequent year. The rationale is to allow the Group to avoid the peak financial reporting in December and to enable better planning, coordination and management of its audit and reporting duties.
