Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 3 November 2020, 4 November 2020 and 10 November 2020 respectively in relation to the Writ and Statement of Claim Suit No. WA-22NCC-537-11/2020. Unless otherwise stated, the terms stated herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement.

The Board of Directors of Advance Information Marketing Berhad (“AIM” or “the Company”) wishes to update that the Judge, after having read the respective parties’ submission, directed the parties to file a Rebuttal Submission by end of December 2020. The Judge also fixed a hearing on 11 January 2021 at 2.00 p.m. for the decision and clarification on the Rebuttal Submission.

In view of the amended Statement of Claim served by the Plaintiff on 25 November 2020, the Judge had also directed the Company to file the amended Defence accordingly.

The Company will make the necessary announcement on further material development of the above matter in due course.
