Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 28 August 2020.
The Board of Directors of Destini wishes to announce that there is no material development and conclusion on the negotiation of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered by Destini Prima Sdn. Bhd. (“DPSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, with AMMROC (Advanced Military Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Center) L.L.C. In view thereof, the MOU shall lapse and shall be of no further force and effect.
The MOU expiry will not have any material effect on the Company and its subsidiaries.
