Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 13 April 2020, 22 June 2020 and 10 July 2020, 6 August 2020, 1 September 2020, 1 October 2020 and 2 November 2020 in relation to the Company triggering Para 8.03A(2)(b) of the Listing Requirements (“LR”) whereby the Company has an insignificant business or operations and is considered as an affected listed issuer.

The Board of Directors of MHB wishes to inform that the Company is still evaluating on the options available to regularise the Company’s affected listed corporation status. 

Pursuant to the announcement dated 26 March 2020 by Bursa on the additional relief measures to alleviate the impact of COVID-19 on capital market players, the requisite time for submission of a regularisation plan by listed issuers which trigger the criteria under Rule 8.03A of the LR has been extended from 12 months to 24 months from the date of the first announcement.

The Company has approximately 16 months to submit a regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval and will make further announcements in relation to any latest development in accordance with the requirements under Rule 8.03A of the LR.
