Further to the Company's announcement on 27 November 2020, the Board of Directors of MHB wishes to disclose the reason for termination of the JVA is due to Clause 2.1 of the JVA which requires MTR and MUM to procure the local authorities to execute the Management Agreements with MTR could not be complied with.
