Unless otherwise defined, the terms and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 7 September 2020 in relation to the Default in Payment. We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 7 September 2020, 1 October 2020 and 2 November 2020.
The Board of Directors of Ageson wishes to inform that the management of the Company is still actively negotiating the loan settlement proposal with RHB. The Company and RHB had agreed to majority of the terms in the loan settlement proposal. The management of the Company had deliberated several terms of the loan settlement proposal and reverted to RHB on 12 November 2020.
The Company will announce further development on the above matter as and when necessary.
