Further to the announcement made by the Company on 1 December 2020 in relation to the award of Contract to SVP, a subsidiary of the Company, for the provision of work order from SEA Hibiscus, the Company wishes to inform that the Letter of Award was received by the Company on 20 November 2020. Sea Hibiscus’ approval to announce the Contract was obtained on 1 December 2020. The contract value is dependent on factors such as the scope of work  performed, weather and other operational factors which could not be determined at the time of the announcement made.
