The Board of Directors of TRC Synergy Berhad (“TRCS” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Trans Resources Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (“TRC” or “the Vendor”), had on 2 December 2020 entered into a Sale and Purchase of Shares Agreement (“the Agreement”) with Marie Joanna Buma (“the Purchaser”) for disposal by TRC of its 100% equity interest held in Endaya TRC PK JV Sdn. Bhd. (“ETPJV”) comprising five million one hundred thousand (5,100,000) ordinary shares in ETPJV for a cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Six Million Two Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Only (RM6,222,000) (the “Disposal Consideration”) (the “Proposed Disposal”).
