We refer to the previous announcements on this matter dated 28 February 2017, 28 September 2020, 14 October 2020 and 25 November 2020. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.

The Company’s Board of Directors wishes to inform that its subsidiary, Tune Insurance Malaysia Berhad (“TIMB”), in respect of its appeal against the whole of the Malaysia Competition Commission’s (“MyCC”) decision dated 14 September 2020, had on 4 December 2020 filed its Reply with the Competition Appeal Tribunal in reply to the MyCC’s Statement in Reply dated 15 November 2020.

 The Company will make the necessary announcements on any further material development in respect of this matter as and when necessary.
