We refer to the announcements made by SUPERMX on 28 October 2020 and RHBIB on 2 November 2020 and 4 December 2020, in relation to the final dividend via share dividend distribution on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every forty-five (45) existing SUPERMX shares held in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2020 (“Share Dividend”).
The ex-date and the entitlement date for the Share Dividend are 7 December 2020 and 8 December 2020 respectively.
A subsequent announcement of the adjustments has been made to the Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio for SUPERMX-C1N on 4 December 2020, being the last trading day on which SUPERMX shares are traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
