Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Information Memorandum dated 6 November 2020 issued by ICT Zone Asia Berhad.

ICT Zone Asia's listing of and quotation for its entire issued share capital comprising 533,757,500 Shares and 75,320,000 ICPS is via listing by way of introduction on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities and does not entail any fund-raising exercise. As such, the dates of opening, closing and balloting of application as well as allotment of shares are not applicable. 

This timetable is tentative and is subject to changes which may be necessary to facilitate implementation procedures.
