We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 42,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of AIRPORT by way of market making.

The AIRPORT-C30 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The AIRPORT-C30 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020. The AIRPORT-C30 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 October 2020. The obligations of MCSM under AIRPORT-C30 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020.
