On behalf of TFP, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board of Directors of TFP had on 11 December 2020 sought approval from Bursa Securities for an extension of time of 6 months (i.e. from 2 January 2021 to 2 July 2021) for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
