We refer to the announcements dated 15 October 2020, 16 October 2020, 4 November 2020, 27 November 2020 and 1 December 2020 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that 82,274,350 Bonus Shares and 11,477,601 Additional Warrants B will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares and will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 16 December 2020. Following the above, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be 411,372,112 Homeritz Shares.
