Unless otherwise redefined, the definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”).
Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcement on 8 November 2019, 11 November 2019, 23 January 2020, 23 April 2020, 23 July 2020, 23 October 2020 and 15 December 2020 in relation to the above.
Further to the Company’s announcement dated 15 December 2020, Fibon wishes to provide the following additional information:
1) The termination of MOA will not have any material financial Impact on Fibon and its subsidiaries.
