Reference is made to the announcements dated 21 August 2020, 9 September 2020 and 9 October 2020 (“Announcements”). The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors wish to inform that a case management was held on 11 December 2020 before the High Court Judge. The Court has given the following direction pursuant to Order 14 application by LHDNM-
(a) Written Submission on/before 14 January 2021;
(b) Reply to be filed on or before 23 February 2021;
(c) Hearing is fixed on 30 March 2021;
(d) Hearing date on 16 December 2020 is vacated because of Court vacation until 31 December 2020.
