We refer to the Company's announcements dated 21 November 2019, 3 January 2020, 28 February 2020, 13 May 2020, 1 June 2020, 30 June 2020, 12 November 2020 and 30 November 2020 and wish to inform that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 17 December 2020 granted the Company a further extension of time of six (6) months until 14 May 2021 to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement.

Based on the latest available Record of Depositors as at 20 July 2020, the public shareholding spread of Y&G was 22.83%, which is below the minimum public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the MMLR.

The Company will use the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities to formulate the necessary rectification plan to address the shortfall in the required public shareholding spread and will make the necessary announcement in relation to the status of its effort to comply with the public shareholding spread thereafter.
