Further to the announcement dated 15 December 2020, APOLLO FOOD HOLDINGS BERHAD ("Apollo" or "the Company") wishes to inform that the premises of Apollo Food Industries (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, which are located at 3, Jalan Kilang, Kawasan Perindustrian Larkin, 80350 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia and 70, Jalan Langkasuka, Kawasan Perindustrian Larkin, 80350 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia had on 16 December 2020 received notices from Ministry of Health (“MOH”) to resume operations commencing 17 December 2020 after all the employees at the said premises had undertaken Covid-19 testing and thorough disinfection carried out successfully at the premises.

Apollo wishes to inform that the health and safety of all the employees of the Company has always been the top priority of Apollo at all times, and not only during the Covid-19 pandemic or other similar health incidences.

With regards to the Covid-19 pandemic, Apollo will continue to put in place stringent Covid-19 prevention measures in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued by the relevant authorities from time to time.
