OFFERING OF UP TO 27,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF PUBLIC BANK BERHAD ("PBBANK") ("PBBANK-C59")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 27,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of PBBANK by way of market making.


The PBBANK-C59 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The PBBANK-C59 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020. The PBBANK-C59 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 October 2020. The obligations of MCSM under PBBANK-C59 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020.
