Minho wishes to inform that in line with the directive of National Security Council (“MKN”), the Company has since 19 December 2020 commenced a voluntary COVID-19 RTK Antigen screening for its employees, both foreign and local. The screening exercise for all its divisions is conducted by EcoSoul Clinic, to be carried out in stages and expected to be completed by 31 December 2020.

The Company also wishes to inform that to-date, out of the screened 66 employees from one wholly owned subsidiary, Victory Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. ("Victory"), it recorded a total of 1 detected COVID-19 case. The employee, currently not exhibiting any symptoms at all, is being quarantined solely as per SOP, while waiting for KKM to provide further directives. Close contact tracing of this employee has been traced and placed under close monitoring too. Complete sanitisation within the plant premise is continuously carried out as per schedule.

As a result of this slight disruption, the capacity loss is estimated to be no more than 1% of the total annual output volume. Other production facilities at different locations remained operating as per normal.

Notwithstanding the above, Minho’s operation continues to be carried out in strict adherence to Covid-19 SOP. Contact tracing and close monitoring will still be further enhanced.

The Company will provide updates on the matter whenever required to.
