(II) ISSUANCE OF UP TO 103,372,974 FREE WARRANTS IN SCIENTX ("WARRANT") ON THE BASIS OF ONE WARRANT FOR EVERY FIVE EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN SCIENTX ("FREE WARRANTS") HELD AT ENTITLEMENT DATE. |
