The Board of Directors of TFP Solutions Berhad (“TFP” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MBP Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (“MBP Solutions”) had on 21 December 2020 entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) with Koperasi Perwaja Kemaman Berhad (“KPKB”) for the provision of digital solutions services to KPKB.
