Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 1 September 2020 in relation to the Settlement Agreement entered into by the Company and its subsidiary GHL with Rex International Holding Ltd, its subsidiaries/associates and other relevant parties.

The Company wishes to inform that the parties to the Settlement Agreement have, on 23 December 2020, entered into a supplemental agreement to extend the long stop date for implementation of the settlement from 31 December 2020 to 30 June 2021.

Further announcements will be made upon completion of the settlement arrangement under the Settlement Agreement and/or at the appropriate time(s), where relevant.
