On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the exercise price of the Warrants has been fixed at RM0.33, representing a discount of RM0.08 or approximately 19.51% to the 5-day VWAMP of XHH Shares up to and including 24 December 2020, being the last trading day immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.41 per XHH Share.
