The Board of Kretam Holdings Berhad ("KHB") wishes to announce that Innosabah Development Sdn Bhd ("IDSB"), Innosabah Equity Management Sdn Bhd (“IEMSB”), Innosabah Resources Sdn Bhd (“IRSB”) and Innosabah Ventures Sdn Bhd (“IVSB”), all dormant wholly-owned subsidiaries, which commenced members' voluntary winding-up on 3 December 2019 respectively pursuant to Section 439 of the Companies Act 2016, held their respective Final Meeting on 21 December 2020 for the purpose of receiving the accounts of the winding-up and completion of the process.

Accordingly, IDSB, IEMSB, IRSB and IVSB will be dissolved after the expiry of three (3) months from the date of lodgement of the statutory returns relating to the Final Meetings with the Companies Commission of Malaysia by Mr Foo Poh Khean of No. 20-3A, Jalan Pandan 2/1, Pandan Jaya, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, the Liquidator.
