XINHWA - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

Issuance of 110,699,999 free warrants in Xin Hwa Holdings Berhad ("XHH") ("Warrants") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 ordinary shares in XHH held as at 5.00 p.m. on 13 January 2021 ("Free Warrants Issue")
 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[Ex-Bonus Issue]” as from: 12 Jan 2021
2)    The last date of lodgment : 13 Jan 2021

Remarks:  The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of XHH ("Entitled Shareholders") and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of XHH prior to the date of listing and quotation of the Warrants.

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the submission of the application for quotation of the Warrants to Bursa Securities.
